Sr. Dynamics CRM Consultant

Responsibilities and Skills Required:

- Analyze front office processes (sales, marketing and customer service) to identify opportunities for improvement 
- Gather and understand client system requirements for CRM software selections
- Implement and deploy proven, packaged CRM applications
- Perform gap analysis between package delivered functionality and client's requirements
- Map client requirements with CRM application functionality identifying creative work-arounds when necessary or customizations/custom development
- Train client personnel on the usage and administration of CRM applications
- Design and integrate business processes and data flows between CRM applications and back office applications (ERP systems)
- Develop data conversion and testing strategies
- Develop high level project work plans
- Manage individual and team budgets and scope of work
- Lead client meetings or facilitated strategy sessions

Requirements:
Education, Certifications and Experience:
- 4 year degree in business, MIS, or equivalent
- 5+ years extensive experience implementing a large packaged CRM application required (MS CRM, Siebel, SAP CRM, Peoplesoft CRM, Oracle CRM, or Pivotal)
- Experience with Microsoft CRM required
- MS CRM Certification preferred
- 7 years consulting experience
- Large consulting organization/Big Four consulting experience preferred
- Significant experience with sales management, marketing, and/or customer service processes
- Proven project management experience, managing teams of 5 to 20 people
- PMI Certification preferred
